I have been a leadership coach for nearly 20 years and worked in many different businesses, facilitating hundreds of offsites and having thousands of individual meetings with business leaders and entrepreneurs. I have a doctorate in leadership coaching and am Chairman of several entrepreneurial businesses.

I have worked with Chairs, Chief Executives, Senior Partners and Directors for over 18 years. I was previously Managing Partner of PA Consulting where I ran Global Business Transformation. I also founded my own retail business and am very proud that it won the New Independent Fashion Retailer of The Year ( Draper Magazine )

I am an entrepreneur with a finance background. As owner and Chief Executive of a wholesaling business I understand the pressures and challenges of creating and running a business. I have a wide range of experience in private and plc listed businesses as FD, MD, non executive director and investor.

I am a qualified accountant ( FCMA ) and member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport.

My role as an LCB partner is to work with entrepreneurs.

We work with a small number of very experienced associates whom we know and trust. We’re confident in their ability to deliver for clients and to enhance the LCB brand. On any client relationship they will usually work closely with an LCB partner.
